Slitting technology of slitter blade

There are three common slitting process methods: 1. Edge cutting: a variety of materials are combined to form process edge materials, and the products that meet the process requirements are obtained by cutting the process edge materials reserved in the process. This slitting method is mostly used for the processing of composite films and other materials. 2. Roll cutting: cut the whole roll of wide coil into multiple rolls of narrow specification coil through a high-speed round knife. This cutting method is mostly used in adhesive products industry. 3. Sub roll: the large roll diameter materials are divided into multi roll and small roll diameter materials according to the requirements of winding length and winding width. This cutting method is mostly used in film substrate and flexible packaging color printing industry.
