What to pay attention to when operating a stone cutting machine Before work

1. Wear work clothes and goggles. Female workers' long hair will be tied up and wear work hats.

2. Check the sealing of the electric knife switch, saw blade, saw blade guard or safety baffle in detail. The operating table must be stable and there should be sufficient lighting for night operation.

3. Turn on the main switch, run it at no load for several times, and start it after confirming safety.

At work

1. Gloves are prohibited. If dust is generated during operation, please wear a mask or face mask.

2. Do not try to cut and saw small workpieces that are not clamped.

3. This cutting machine can only cut profiles.

4. Do not perform strong sawing operations, and the motor should reach full speed before cutting.

5. No one is allowed to stand behind the saw.

6. Do not lean over or go around the sawing machine. Do not release any hands or lift your arms from the saw or workpiece when the saw blade has not stopped.

7. Do not operate when the protective cover is not in place, and do not put your hands within 15 cm of the saw blade.

8. Before repairing or replacing accessories, you must cut off the power supply and wait for the saw blade to stop completely.

9. If you find any abnormal sound, stop and check immediately.

After get off work

1. Turn off the main power of the stone cutting machine

 

2. Clean and tidy up the workbench and site
