The relationship between the working efficiency of diamond saw blades and diamond concentration
Permalink

We all use diamond saw blades more or less in industrial processing. Whether diamond can work efficiently is related to the concentration of diamond. The higher the concentration of diamond, the less efficient it is. In order to allow everyone to better use diamond saw blades, we briefly introduce the relationship between the working efficiency of diamond saw blades and diamond concentration.

Within a certain range, when the diamond concentration changes from low to high, the sharpness and sawing efficiency of the saw blade gradually decreases, and the service life gradually extends; but if the concentration is too high, the saw blade will become dull. By using low concentrations and coarse particle sizes, efficiency will increase.

When sawing, each part of the cutter head has different functions and uses different concentrations (that is, the middle layer in a structure with more than three layers can use a lower concentration). During the sawing process, a middle groove is formed on the cutter head, which helps prevent the saw blade from deflecting, thus improving the quality of stone processing.

We must keep in mind the relationship between the working efficiency of diamond saw blades and diamond concentration, so as to ensure that we use diamond saw blades better.
